Evaluation of Measurement Interval of Location Fingerprint in Location Estimation Method Based on Propagation Characteristics

(in English) A location estimation method based on location fingerprint has been proposed. In this paper, we evaluate the required interval of location fingerprint measurements enough for accurate location estimation. It is evident that by decreasing the interval the accuracy of the location estimation becomes higher however the smaller interval of fingerprint measurements requires leger number of measurements and it makes the method unpractical. It is therefore important to clarify the minimum required measurement interval. In this paper, we evaluate the requirement for the interval based on the measurement in an indoor environment.
