Cluster state is known as a universal quantum resource for MBQC and topological quantum computa-tion. It is beyond the current technology to generate a cluster state in solid state qubits which is sufficient large and high fidelity for quantum computation. Here, we propose a high-fidelity interaction switching method using projective measurements and quantum feedback. We also discuss how to balance the interaction between qubits by echo pulses and to generate a scalable generating cluster state with this method.
