On a channel-simulation scheme based on reverse Shannon theorem

Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
(in English) Reverse Shannon theorem (RST) was established by Bennett et al. in 2002.
RST shows that an arbitrarily given discrete memoryless channel with
capacity $C$ can be simulated by $nC$ bits of noiseless communication
from the sender to the receiver by using a suitable encoder and decoder.
On the other hand, it is not so obvious whether RST can be realized by
using practical codes. In this manuscript, we develop a scheme to
realize RST using BCH code, and study the relation between the coding
rate and the success probability of reproduction for given channels.
