Equivalent Circuit Models of Capacitance and Inductance at Resonance Based on Electric and Magnetic Energy

(in English) In high-frequency circuits, conductive planes are preferably used to stabilize electric potential. However, their large area generates considerable parasitic capacitance, and its resonance can impair stability of potential. In this report, we focused on a specific current distribution observed when connected planes are at antiresonance. Since an inductance depends on a current distribution, we guessed the inductance at antiresonance is different from that at off-resonance, and derived an equivalent circuit of the resonance by theories and simulations. Applying this method to a simple structure, the equivalent circuit expressed electric characteristics with good accuracy.
