LLG Simulation for Microwave Assisted Magnetic Recording

(in English) The characteristics of magnetization switching assisted by microwave for an isolation particle was investigated by the LLG simulation, following results were obtained. 1) The anticlockwise AC field that is same direction of the rotation as the precession of the magnetization contributes to the switch. In clockwise AC field, there is an influence of re-switch. 2) Linear polarization AC field includes the anticlockwise and clockwise AC fields, and there is worry that a saturation recording is not obtained. 3) AC field that is larger than about 10 percent of the anisotropic field is necessary for the achievement of a large effect of microwave assistance. 4) The effect of assistance increases and the switching field distribution decreases in an exchange coupled media.
