[Statement]
The field of information technology gains considerable social attention, which has topics such as AI, IoT, Big data etc., stimulating research and development in industry and academia. Technology is changing remarkably. We have too many information sources and tend to be easily confused. Under such circumstances, the value of basic activities of this society becomes increasingly important, that are, finding out the state of the art, evaluating the good, discussing ideas without being influenced by trend, and discussing perspective of technology and more. For these activities to be possible, communities of various scales are indispensable. I think it is the vital role for this society to support such activities. I would like to contribute my humble efforts on this regard.
