平成24年3月から,電子英文論文誌IEICE Electronics Express (ELEX)（http://www.elex.ieice.org/）のScope（投稿分野）が以下のように変更されます。
これに伴い,新しいScopeに含まれない分野の投稿論文につきましては, 平成24年3月1日以降はELEXへの投稿を受け付けないこととなりますのでお知らせ致します。

Scope:

IEICE Electronics Express (ELEX) is an all-electronic journal published twice a month by the Institute of Electronics, Information and Communication Engineers (IEICE) and edited by the Electronics Society in IEICE. ELEX publishes original, peer-reviewed papers that embrace the entire field of modern electronics, including:
