Instructions for Presentation

Oral Presentation

• The conference room will be equipped with:
  • a LCD projector
  • a PC with Japanese Windows XP and MS-PowerPoint
    (which can display both Traditional and Simplified Chinese characters)
• Each oral presentation will have a 30-minute slot
  (about 22-23 minites for presentation and 7-8 minutes for Q&A)

Poster Presentation

• Each presentation will have a poster board,
  which is 0.9m wide and 2.3 - 2.5m high.
  
• The poster session is held at 13:30 - 15:00 on 26 March.
  Each author should put up posters on his/her board during the Lunch Break (12:00 - 13:30),
  and dismantle posters during the Refreshment Break (15:00 - 15:15).
