AIM OF THE CONFERENCE:

JCKBSE'96 is to provide a forum for scientific interchange among scientists in Knowledge-Based Software Engineering, an interdisciplinary area between Knowledge Engineering and Software Engineering, mainly from Japan, the CIS countries and Bulgaria on a broad spectrum of academic research, implementation techno- logies, application systems, cultural discussions, and so on. JCKBSE'96 is held immediately after AIMSA'96 - the 7th International conference "Artificial Intelligence - Methodology, Systems, Applications", Sozopol, 18-20 September 1996.

PROCEEDINGS

Conference proceedings will be published in Bulgaria and will be available at the conference.

FEE

Foreign participants (except those from CIS): $360, including registration, proceedings, two-days full board (meals and accommodation). Participants from CIS: $50 including registration, proceedings, two-days full board (the full conference expenses will be covered by grants available for CIS and Bulgarian participants).

Combined fee for joint participation in JCKBSE'96 and AIMSA'96 conference (18-22 September 1996): $500 for foreign participants (except those from CIS), including registration and proceedings for both events, five-days full board (meals and accommodation).

PAPER SUBMISSION

Authors are invited to submit four copies of a single-spaced manuscript (paper) maximum 12 pages. Papers should be printed on A4 sized paper using 12 pt type. Papers must be written in English. Submitted papers are reviewed. An instruction will be sent to the authors of accepted papers concerning the final camera-ready format for their papers to be mailed to Bulgaria.
