1. All foreign visitors entering Japan must possess valid passports.

2. Citizens of some countries may be required to apply for entry visas in advance.

3. Depending on the country, visa applications can take up to ONE MONTH to be processed.

It is therefore recommended that participants contact their local Japanese Consular

Offices to determine whether or not a visa is required, as soon as possible.

5. Should a visa be needed, participants should submit the Visa Information Form

VISA SUPPORT CANNOT BEGIN UNTIL EVENT REGISTRATION AND HOTEL RESERVATIONS
