Presentation Instructions
Oral presentation:
Each presentation room will be equipped with the following:
- LCD Projector (Please prepare your laptop if you use a LCD Projector.)
- Overhead Projector
- Microphone
- Projection pointer
Poster presentation:
- Authors must remain in the vicinity of the poster board for
the duration of the 90-minute session to answer any questions of attendees.
- A 2.4m x 1.2m (8ft. long x 4ft. high) poster board, a sign indicating
your paper number, and push pins or adhesive tape will be provided. Presenters
should display the paper title, authors and affiliation on their poster.
Posters should be readable by viewers 1.5m (5ft.) away. The message should
be clear and understandable without oral explanation.
Both oral and poster papers are published in the HPSR2002 Conference
Proceeding.
