More Information for Manuscript Preparation :

Camera-ready copy
The manuscript must be printed onto A4-size paper, in single-sided and with appropriate margins (Minimum of top: 30 mm, bottom: 35 mm and right/left 20mm). If you are unable to get A4-size paper, you may use another-size paper (e.g. letter). Make sure that all texts, figures and tables fit onto a 170 mm x 232 mm box on each page, regardless of paper-size.

The received manuscript appears in the proceeding as it is. Be careful in the quality of your copy. Using Laser printer or equivalent is highly recommended.

Five-page is the maximum length of the manuscript. We strongly recommend that you prepare the manuscript within 5 pages. If you definitely need more than 5 pages, you have to pay surcharge of 15,000 Yen/page. The over-length surcharge agreement with requested information and your signature must be sent to us. Over-10-page manuscript (11 pages or more) is not accepted for publication.

Page number and total pages should be written lightly in pencil on the back of the paper. Do not print page number on the front side.

Soft copy (Electronic format copy)
For CD-ROM publication, you also need to send your manuscript to us in electronic form. PDF (Portable Document Format) is the highly recommended format to keep the appearance of your paper. If you are unable to create PDF, you may submit PostScript or Microsoft Word file. But these files may cause incompatibility or different appearance.

We recommend the following parameters for PDF creation using Acrobat PDF writer.

•  Compatible with Acrobat 4
•  Paper size: A4
•  Output resolution: 600 dpi
•  Compressed text and line art
•  Downsampling images
•  JPEG Medium compression
•  All fonts embedded

We recommend that you use base fonts in acrobat 4 (e.g. Times New Roman, Courier and Symbol) to reduce the size of your file as well as speed up the display and printing of your paper for the readers. Additionally to show a consistent look across to all material on the publication, we highly recommend you to use Times New Roman for most of text. If you use other fonts, make sure they have been embedded in the PDF file (You can get the information from "File -> Document Info -> Fonts" menu in Acrobat Reader).
