HPSR 2002 is due to on December 14, 2001.(The deadline has passed)
We are no longer accepting paper registrations.
Author Guidelines for Manuscript
Preparation and Submission :
Below is a checklist outlining the important points to submit your manuscript.
Read carefully before you prepare and submit your manuscript. The paper,
which doesn't follow the guideline, may not appear on the proceeding nor
the CD-ROM.
- One camera-ready printed-on-paper copy must
be sent via conventional mail.
- A4-size paper with appropriate margins (Minimum of top: 30 mm,
bottom 35 mm and right/left: 20 mm)
- Printed in single-sided (print on one side only) Less than
or equal to 5 pages. (If it exceeds 5 pages, you need to pay surcharge.
Exceeding 10-page is not allowed.)
- Page number and total pages are written lightly in pencil on the
back of the paper. Do not print page number on the front
- Mailing address is shown in the end of this page.
- Manuscript on electronic format must be
sent.
- PDF (Portable Document Format) is highly recommended.
- File size should be reasonable - not larger than 1 MB.
- Submit via an electronic method: See here for the instruction.
- Copyright transfer form must be mailed with
the manuscript.
- Make sure of the signature and date.
- The form is here (pdf,
ms-word).
- Over-length surcharge agreement must be
mailed, if the manuscript exceeds 5 pages.
- Make sure of the payment method, signature and date.
- The form is here (pdf,
ms-word).
- Conference registration must be completed.
- At least one author must register the conference when you submit
the manuscript. (The paper will not be published, if registration
is not confirmed.)
