| 抄録（和） | FDDI LANにRSVPを適用して帯域予約を行うシステムにおいて、その予約デ-タのQOSを保証することを目的として、FDDIのMAC副層プロトコルであるTTP (Timed Token Protocol)を一部改良することを提案する。本稿では、予約デ-タおよび非予約デ-タの送信方式として、TTPの同期・非同期送信機構を用いた方式と、その同期送信機構を改良した方式を考え、それらを単純化した1つの通信モデルに適用し、帯域予約されたデ-タ以上のトラフィックが発生した場合の遅延時間とデ-タ転送率を比較・検討する。 |
| 抄録（英） | For the purpose of guaranteeing the QOS of reserved data by RSVP on FDDI LAN, partial modification of TTP (Timed Token Protocol) is proposed which is the MAC sublayer protocol of FDDI.In this paper, two schemes are considered for transmitting reserved data and non-reserved data. One is the scheme that the synchronous and asynchronous transmission mechanism of TTP is utilized, and the other is one that the synchronous transmission mechanism of formaer is improved. And each delay time and data transmission rate in the case that excess traffic occurs beyond reserved data are calculated and studied for comparison on the basis of a simplified LAN model. |
