| 抄録（和） | 近年,ネットワ-クと計算機の発達に伴い,ビデオ会議システムが一般的に利用されるようになっている.しかし,このようなシステムの利用には専門的な知識が必要であり,その操作は一般に困難である.我々が提案したやわらかいビデオ会議システムはビデオ会議システムにやわらかさを導入し,資源の変化に自律的に対応しながら利用者要求を満足するサ-ビスを提供することによりこの問題を解決している.しかし利用者とシステムの接点であるユ-ザ支援エ-ジェントに要求獲得用ユ-ザインタフェ-ス機能などの基本的な機能しか実装していないため,利用者に負担をかけることなく,利用者のもつ要求を適確に反映したサ-ビス品質を維持するのが困難であるという問題があった.本稿では,利用者指向インタ-フェ-スの概念を提案し,それに基づいたやわらかいビデオ会議システムのユ-ザエ-ジェントの拡張を提案する. |
| 抄録（英） | Resentry, by the growth of both the computer communication network and the computational power of computers, the multimedia communication systems such as videoconference systems have been getting widely used. The users without enough knowledge concerning the network and the computer have some difficulties to startup the systems and to control its parameters considering the status of the environment because of the complexity of the system. To solve this problem, we have propossed a flexible videoconference system. But, as we have designed the user support agent only with the basic function, the system cannot acquire the user requirements properly. In this paper, we propose a concept of the user-oriented interface, and extend the user agent of the flexible videoconference system based on this concept. |
