| 抄録（和） | IPパケットの交換に必須なIPアドレスとOBNネ-ム(ドメイン名と類似)は、インタ-ネットのIPアドレスとドメインネ-ムを使わずに、新規に付与する。通信会社を選べるようにするため、ユ-ザが通信会社を変更するとき、IPアドレスとOBNネ-ムを変更しないメカニズムを組み込む。また、安全性を向上させる閉域網通信(通信相手限定)とする。 |
| 抄録（英） | IP address and OBN name (which is similar to the Domain name) needed for interchanges of IP packets are newly assigned, not using that of the Internet. A specific mechanism in which the IP address and OBN name are unchanged when users change their communication companies will be installed. The OBN will support closed area communications (in which communicaiton entities are limitted) in order to enhance its security level. |
