| 抄録（和） | PLL周波数シンセサイザは周波数切り換え時,2次系の過渡現象を生じる.そのため直接合成方式周波数シンセサイザやDirect Digital Synthesizer (DDS)と比較して周波数引き込み時間が長くなる.本論文では周波数検出回路とチャ-ジコントロ-ラを用いてPLL周波数シンセサイザの2次系の過渡現象を抑圧し,高速周波数引き込みを実現する手段を示す.実験結果より本PLL周波数シンセサイザでは,基準周波数10サイクルで周波数引き込みが実現できる. |
| 抄録（英） | In the PLL frequency synthesizer, the transient response of the second order system occurs in the frequency acquisition prosess. Therefore, the frequency acquisition time is longer than that of the Direct Frequency Synthesizer and Direct Digital Synthesizer 'DDS). In this paper, we propose the fast frequency acquisition method which is effective for suppressing the second order transient resopnse using the frequency detector and charge controller. The experimental results show that the proposed PLL frequency synthesizer can realize the frequency acquisition in the 10 reference frequency cycles. |
