| 抄録（英） | We first briefly review the histiry of imformation networks starting from the invention of telephone due to Bell and is now growing to the nation-wide information networks including Internet. We then review the various problems of securities related to the information networks. We finally point out the necessity of investigating the problems of communication ethics.
