| 抄録（和） | 筆者らによって提案された4光波混合発生回路、光パラメトリックル-プミラ-(PALM)は光フィルタリング手段を用いずに、励起光、信号光を抑圧し、4光波混合(FWM)光を取り出すことを可能とする新しい光機能回路である。本報告では、このPALMを超高速光パルス信号制御へ適用するための指針を明らかにする。パルス動作時にはCW動作時では見られなかったFWM光パルス間の遅延や、励起光、信号光抑圧の劣化が起こることを示す。 |
| 抄録（英） | We present the analysis and design of the optical parametric loop mirror (PALM) : a four-wave mixing (FWM) circuit which can separate the generated FWM wave from the input signal and pump waves. In the pulsed operation of PALM, it is revealed that the counter-propagating FWM pulses meet at the output of PALM with a temporal delay, and that the suppression of the signal and pump waves at the output of PALM degrades neither of which appear in cw operation. |
