| 抄録（和） | 本報告では、ITUテスト動画像を用いて実験を行い、提案した評価尺度(PQSmotion)が主観評価値(MOS)を良く近似することを確かめた。 |
| 抄録（英） | We have reported the essential distortion factors for PQSmotion (Picture Quality Scale motion) in CS95-147, IE95-99. PQSmotion is defined by a linear combination of the essential distortion factors by the princial compornent analysis method and the multiple regression analysis method. We have made experiment with ITU moving test image. The defined PQSmotion approximate well the MOS (Mean Opinion Score). |
