| 抄録（英） | This paper first enumerams desmd chamtenstics of a network architecnm of the multunedia era by studying essentml features of the Internet.Then,it reviews the NITs Open Network Plans pressreleased this year from the viewpoint of the desired characteffifics.It is the authors' intention that the underlying architechffl principles be ainulgamated as NONA(NTTs OpetL Network Architechm)through discussions with interested and concerned people. |
