| 抄録（和） | ベクトル空間モデルは,情報フィルタリングにおいてよく使われている情報獲得モデルである.このモデルでは,ドキュメントとユ-ザのプロファイルの両方が単語のベクトルとして表現されている.このアプロ-チの問題点は,ドキュメント中の各単語だけを単語のベクトルとみなしているため,単語の文脈を考慮していないことである.すなわちこのアプロ-チでは,異なって概念領域にある多量のドキュメントを選択されてしまうことになる.この問題の解決策として,本稿では任意のドキュメントあるいはテキストが句と単語のベクトルの集合でより詳細に表現可能であることを述べる.句と単語の両方を考慮することにより,ドキュメントの内容の概略が与えられる.さらに,システムが句を認識するための新しいアプロ-チを述べる.本稿で提案したテキスト表現がユ-ザのプロファイルの生成に使われるとき,より正確にユ-ザの興味を反映することを示す.このことは領域特有の情報フィルタリングに有効となる. |
| 抄録（英） | The Vector Space Model is a well known retrieval model widely used in Information Filtering too.In this model both document and user profile is represented as vector of terms.The main problem of this approach is that each term in the document is considered independent which means the context of the words are not considered.This leads to a selection of number of documents which belongs to a different conceptual domain.In this paper we argue that any document or text can be represented better by a set of vectors of phrases and terms.We formulate a novel approach to recognize phrases by the system.We show that our text representation when used in generation of User Profile reflects the user's interest more precisely which ultimately contributes to more domain specific Information Filtration. |
