| 抄録（和） | 本稿では,動画像デ-タをカメラパラメ-タ,動物体,背景の3つの構造的要素に分離し,各々独立に符号化・伝送する方式を提案する.この方式は,従来の一般的な符号化方式では実現の困難な受信側における動画像デ-タの編集加工機能,分離された各要素のデ-タ再利用機能を効率的な伝送レ-トのもとで提供することを意図したものである.本稿では,画面内の被写体が全て背景であるとみなせる条件を定め,実験を行った.実験の結果,主に,提案方式は正確なカメラパラメ-タが使用可能な場合約50[dB]の平均SNRを示し,パラメ-タ誤差が蓄積するに従ってこの値は急激に減少する傾向を示すことが分かった.また,カメラ操作の編集加工機能は従来方式の問題点を解決し意図した基本性能が実現されていることを確認した. |
| 抄録（英） | This paper proposes a processable video coder based on camera operations.The coder intends to provide processibility on decoded video data and to improve coding efficiency.These goals are realized by separating the input sequence into some structural elements:camera parameters,moving objects and a background.In this paper,it is assumed that the subjects taken by a camera are stationary on a plane which is parallel to the imaging plane in the camera.The simulation results show that the proposed coder generally gives favourable editing flexibility and significant improvement of the coding efficiency.The results also reveal that the reconstructed image quality becomes around 50 [dB] when the accurate parameters are available,and that it falls significantly as the error of parameters accumulates. |
