| 抄録（和） | ATM網におけるカスタマからの要求に応じてVPの帯域を高速に増加, 減少するVP可変帯域制御方式に関し,網OpSやインフラ装置から可変帯域制御機能を機能的に分離する方式を提案する.本方式は,可変帯域制御機能をモジュ-ル化し,カスタマとインタフェ-スを汎用化する等により,将来的な機能の追加・変更に柔軟に対応できる特徴を持つ.また,本方式の構成法に関し,主に管理プロトコル,マネ-ジャ/エ-ジェント配備法および可変帯域制御モジュ-ルのデ-タ管理法について検討する.さらに,提案方式の性能評価を行い,本方式の制御速度,収容可能カスタマ数等を明らかにする. |
| 抄録（英） | This paper proposes a customer demand based VP bandwidth control scheme for ATM networks that features a functionally distributed architecture.The proposed scheme is flexible enough to meet changes and evolutions of the communication network service requirements.The implementation of this scheme are considered from the viewpoint of the functional flexibility,an effective customernetwork interface and control rapidity.The time for bandwidth alteration process by using the proposed scheme and the number of the customers to be accommodated are evaluated. |
