| 抄録（和） | 本稿では、通信システムに関して専門的な知識を持たない一般の電話ユ-ザを含む非専門家による通信サ-ビスの仕様記述を支援するガイダンスの一手法について提案する。具体的には、ユ-ザがイメ-ジしている仕様を表現するために適切なテンプレ-トをテンプレ-ト一覧の中から選択し、そのテンプレ-トのブランクを日本語で記述するインタフェ-スを提供する。テンプレ-トを選択する時に、テンプレ-トの数が多いと適切なテンプレ-トを選択するのが困難になる。そこで、テンプレ-ト一覧で表示するテンプレ-トを絞り込み、ユ-ザが適切なテンプレ-トを素早く選択できるように、テンプレ-ト選択を支援する手法について考察する。 |
| 抄録（英） | A guidance method is proposed to support communication service specification description written in Japanese by non-experts.This method uses templates to obtain requirement specifications.In this Method,users select appropriate templates in a template list,then they fill blanks in templates to express their specification images.This paper discusses the way to select the most appropriate template quickly.This guidance method makes non-experts possible to describe their own services without detailed communication system knowledge. |
