| 抄録（和） | 電話信号はかなりの冗長度を有するので、これを削減して周波数の有効利用度を向上する新システムについてはすでに提案した[1]が、この実現には、対向して通信する双方で互いに相手方の識別情報等を通信開始前に所有する必要がある。この方法として、固定端末側は相手方の識別情報等をすでに記憶している交換機、電話機等から転送させればよい。携帯端末側では通話の最初は時間片信号化された音声信号に識別情報を付して送信し、双方で記憶すると共に、受信した音声信号をもとに時間片信号に適する他の信号を多数作成する方法を提案した。その結果、識別情報等の送信所要時間は大きく短縮し、周波数の有効利用度も向上する事を得た。 |
| 抄録（英） | I have proposed a new mobile radio telephone system which will transmit the identification information of phonetic lexicons unique to each speaker£1!.The system will be necessary to store the phonetic lexicons and their ID′s in the memory before starting conversation.However,they will not own the opponent information usually.To solve the problem the ordinary telephone user will be easy because it will be transfered from the memory of the telephone switching station of opponent home area.The problem of the mobile unit user will be solved by introducing training phase in earlier stage of voice signal trans-mission.And new phonetic lexicons could be produced by transmitted voice signal by various signal processing techniques in the period.By introducing the techniques the shortening of the training phase and improvement of frequency spectrum utilization would be possible. |
