| 抄録（和） | 分析合成符号化において表情を記述することを目的として、FACSのAUを顔の三次元モデルに基づいて実現する方法を述べる。AUの実現に際しては、顔の筋肉を参考にし、顔の各部位の幅・長さを強さの基準量として定量化を図る。さらに、顔の三次元モデルを更新することにより、できるだけ自然なAUの表情が得られるようにする。実現されたAU種類は34通りであり、その合成例を具体的に示す。 |
| 抄録（英） | The description of facial expressions is very important in model-based image coding. A layer model of the description of facial expressions is proposed.The AUs(Action Units)of FACS(Facial Action Coding System)are very suitable to describe facial expressions on the basis of the layer model.Our goal is to realize the AUs by linking with a 3-dimensional facial model.The facial expression for each AU is synthesized by deforming the 3-D model of a neutral face.The facial muscles are referred to in the deformation of the 3-D facial model.To overcome the difference between the individuals,the widths and, or lengths of each part(e.g. eyebrows,eyes,mouth)are used as the reference quantities of the AU strength.To get natural images,the 3-D facial model is newed.To show the validity of this method,a number of synthesized images are presented. |
