| 抄録（和） | パ-ソナル通信(UPT)は、「いつでも、どこでも、誰とでも、好きな形態で」の通信を可能とする理想的な通信サ-ビスであり、かつ、将来の最も魅力のある通信サ-ビスの一つである。ISDNは、将来PSTNにとって代わる最も有望な網であり、UPTサ-ビスの魅力的な特徴を効率的な形で提供可能な網であるとも考えられている。本稿においては、まずUPTサ-ビス機能管理の配備方法について、考察した結果を論じる。次に、ISDN基本インタフェ-スのポイント・マルチポイント動作モ-ド等の特別な特徴を考慮したUPTの呼制御手順について、考察した結果を論じる。 |
| 抄録（英） | Universal Personal Telecommunications (UPT) is an ideal telecommunications service which enables a user to make a communication with whomever,whenever,wherever and in his, her favorite way.It is one of the most attractive telecommunications services in the forthcoming era.As such,it is very important to study how to realize UPT in ISDN,since ISDN is the most promising network which will replace PSTN in future and the most attractive features of the UPT service are considered to be provided effectively in ISDN.In this paper,we first discuss the allocation scheme of capabilities for UPT service management.It then discusses the call control procedures for UPT taking into consideration the specific characteristics such as a point-to-multipoint operation mode of the basic interface in the ISDN environment. |
