| 抄録（英） | This paper describes the hardware implementation of neural network,which is based on the MOSFET resistance.A flexible architecture with the use on personal computer is proposed and the electronic performance is almost independent of the size of the network.Furthermore,it is also discussed for applications in the real time problem solving for the human factor design and the communication with the custom-designed VLSIs. |
