| 抄録（和） | ル-ラル通信等で多く利用されている、UHF帯ディジタル無線通進路では都市雑音の影響が大きく、一部では、その目標品質を維持しきれない程、深刻な問題となっている。本稿では、この都市雑音によるディジタル無線路への影響のしかたといったものから、都市雑音の性質を示し、都市雑音到来のMODELを設定する。次に、このMODELを位置づける都市雑音パラメ-タを掲げた上で、直接回線品質を予想できるような形での都市雑音測定法を考察する。さらに、実際に、この測定法に基づいて実測したインド・ニュ-デリ-近郊、及び東京・田無タワ-でのデ-タと、それらによる回線品質の予想結果を紹介する。本稿の最後では、今後の課題として、都市雑音の軽減手段といったものについて、いくつかの手法を解説し、また、最近、各方面で成果を挙げ注目を浴びている、誤り訂正技術に対する期待についても触れるものとする。 |
| 抄録（英） | UHF-band digital radio communication channels which are used for rural communication, etc. in many cases are considerably disturbed by City Noise. In some areas, this poses a serious problem i.e. their target quality has become very difficult to attain. This paper will discuss properties of City Noise in the light of what an influence it exerts on digital radio channels and set up a MODEL of its arrival. Next it will set up a City Noise measuring method capable of directly predicting pass quality. Further introduced herein will be the data obtained through the measuring by the method in the suburbs of New Delhi, India, and at the Tanashi Tower, tokyo, and results of the prediction based thereon of pass quality. Lastly it will add comments on several City Noise reducing means and methods and express hopes with respect to the error correction techniques now highlighted for their excellent results in various sectors these days. |
