| 抄録（和） | IEEE 802.15.3eとして国際標準化を完了し、ITU勧告にまで至った「60GHz帯高速近接無線システム」に適合するLSI開発の状況を紹介する。特に今回は、60GHz帯シングルキャリア直接変復調トランシーバーから、ディジタルPHY・MAC及び各種のGbps超-高速インターフェースまでを完全フル実装するSoCとして試作完成させたLSIの実測無線パフォーマンスを中心に説明し、本SoCのIEEE 802.15.3eとの整合性や様々なアプリケーション（ユースケース）への拡張応用プラン等について解説する。尚、本稿中に示す研究成果の一部は、総務省 戦略的情報通信研究開発推進事業（SCOPE）の委託研究の一環として得られたものです。 |
| 抄録（英） | In this paper, we introduce the status of LSI development that conforms to the \"60 GHz band high speed proximity wireless system\" which has completed international standardization as IEEE 802.15.3e and reached the contribution as an ITU recommendation.\r\nIn particular on this time, we will focus on the actual measurement radio performance of the LSI which was prototyped as SoC which fully implements from 60 GHz band single carrier direct modulation / demodulation transceiver to digital PHY / MAC and various high speed interfaces exceeding Gbps, and more we would like to discuss the consistency with IEEE 802.15.3e of this SoC and the extended adaptation plans to various applications (use cases). And of course, some of these systems as adaptation plans will be expected to cooperate with a 5G infrastructure network. A part of the research results shown in this paper was obtained as part Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications’ promotion program ,”SCOPE”. |
