| 抄録（和） | 5G/IoT時代において、サイバーセキュリティは、情報通信技術を活用したデジタル経済の健全な発展のため、必要不可欠な要素である。しかしながら、企業や個人における対策はまだまだ不十分であり、サイバー攻撃の規模の拡大、手法の巧妙化に伴い、その被害や社会的なインパクトは日々増大し続けている。サイバーセキュリティはそもそもIT課題ではなく、企業経営課題である。技術的な対策だけでなく、経営者主導による「100%防ぐことは不可能」を前提とした包括的対策が必須である。またいつの間にか知らないうちに自分自身が被害者ではなく、加害者になる恐れもあるため、安心・安全な情報通信社会を実現していく上では、一人一人の意識向上が鍵となる。\r\n本講演では、最近のサイバー攻撃の具体的事例を取り上げ、その攻撃動向について紹介するとともに、今後益々増大するであろうサイバー攻撃の脅威に対し、どのような対策や心構えを持つことが有効なのか、について概説する。 |
| 抄録（英） | In 5G/IoT era, cyber security is an indispensable element for the sound development of digital economy utilizing information and communications technologies. However, as the scale of cyberattacks is expanding and methods used by malicious hackers are sophisticated, the damage and social impact is increasing on a daily basis because countermeasures in corporations and individuals are still insufficient today. Cyber security should be positioned as corporate management issue, not IT issue. It is important to prepare for not only technological solutions but also comprehensive approaches driven by business executives based on the assumption that “it is impossible to block cyberattacks completely.” As we may be attackers, not victims, unknowingly in some cases, it is a key to foster our awareness on cyber security with full participation for constructing a safe and secure information and communications society. \r\nIn this talk, recent cases and trends of cyberattacks are introduced and it is stated that what kinds of proactive approaches and attitude are effective to confront growing cyber threats. |
