| 抄録（和） | 2016年4月から，NICTは新たに第4期中長期目標期間に突入した．新たな目標・計画では，研究開発成果の最大化を図るため，「オープンイノベーション創出に向けた産学官連携等の強化」が打ち出されるとともに，組織的にも「オープンイノベーション推進本部」を新設したところである．本講演では，NICTにおけるイノベーション創出に向けた取組みを紹介するとともに，イノベーションを創出する産学官連携のあり方について考察する． |
| 抄録（英） | From April 2016, NICT has entered into fourth Period for the Medium to Long-term Objectives. In the New Objectives and Plans, in order to maximize research and development achievements, NICT works out plans for \"Strengthening of activities toward Open Innovation such as industry-academia-government collaborations \" and has established the \" Open Innovation Promotion Headquarters \". In this paper, I present some activities toward innovation in NICT and consider the cases of industry-academia-government collaboration toward Innovation |
