| 抄録（和） | 地上ディジタルテレビ方式ISDB-Tの緊急時における受信機の自動起動方法には，緊急警報放送と緊急地震速報とがある．前者はTMCC信号と呼ばれる制御信号にて，後者はAC信号と呼ばれる制御信号にて伝達される．移動しながらこれらの緊急情報を待機受信する利用者に対して，緊急状態にあるかどうかを知ることは重要である．本論文において，緊急地震速報信号を検出するために，TMCC信号にてフレーム同期をとりながら，AC信号のパリティを用いることを提案する． |
| 抄録（英） | There are two ways of automatically waking up an ISDB-T television receiver. They are referred to as the emergency warning system and the earthquake early warning. The former uses a control channel named transmission and modulation configuration control, TMCC, and the latter employs an another control channel named the auxiliary channel, AC. It is important for mobile users receiving these signals to be initially advised whether an emergency alert is issued. A method of detecting the earthquake early warning signal with the AC parity while synchronizing the frame by means of TMCC is proposed in this paper. |
