To reduce users′ load in writing programs for DSPs(Digital Signal Processors),an improved algorithm is proposed, which determines the computational order for a given digital network and generates codes automatically. The method searches an effective ordering from a new representation of the precedence form as a starting point. The method is applied to compilers for μPD7720 and TMS320,which shows the independence of the DSPs.The algorithm is simpler and the generated codes are comparably effective as the old one. Moreover, delay chains are especially considered to reduce the code length. |
