| 抄録（和） | 2013年12月9日から13日に米国アトランタにて開催されたグローバル通信に関する国際会議GLOBECOM 2013に参加し，シンポジウムco-chairおよびセッションchairとして会議運営にあたると共に，通信品質と信頼性技術委員会（Communications Quality and Reliability - Technical Committee, CQR-TC）に参加した．同会議は， IEEEコミュニケーションソサイエティ（ComSoc）が主催するICCと並ぶフラグシップカンファレンスであり，通信分野の最先端の数多くの研究成果の発表が行われた．本稿では，特に，信学会CQ研究会と関連の深い発表とCQR-TCの概要について報告する． |
| 抄録（英） | The IEEE GLOBECOM 2013 was held in Atlanta, US from December 9th to 13th, 2013. Together with ICC, IEEE GLOBECOM is one of two flagship conferences of the IEEE Communications Society. This paper reports on the technical trends in communications quality, traffic and reliability presented at technical symposia and on the technical committee meeting information, closely related to the IEICE Communication Quality Technical Committee. |
