| 抄録（和） | 沖縄県は、東西１０００ｋｍ、南北４００ｋｍの広大な海域に４０余りの有人離島を持ち、隣県の鹿児島県本土からも数百キロ、台湾からは１００ｋｍ余りと、１県で広大な医療圏を持つ．しかも沖縄県は観光や医療を産業の中心と考える地域でもあり、長年に及ぶ医療へのICT活用を模索している地域でもある．都市部とは全く異なり、特に離島環境における救急災害医療は迅速性と地域格差を補う手段としてICT活用が必須であり、検証のできる遠隔医療の導入が今後求められている． |
| 抄録（英） | Okinawa prefecture has more than 40 manned remote islands in a vast sea area, that distance is east and west 1000 km, north-south 400 km, and several hundred km from the mainland of nearest prefecture, Kagoshima prefecture. Besides, the governor thinks tourism and medical service are important industries in Okinawa. Information and communication technology (ICT) to health care uses many years in Okinawa. In the remote manned islands of vast areas, ICT is thought to be essential as a means to compensate for regional medical disparities and swiftness to emergency and disaster medicine. The introduction of telemedicine that can be verified is required in the near future. |
