| 抄録（和） | 災害時に避難者がパニック状態に陥穽すると円滑な避難行動が困難となり，被害が増大することがある．それゆえ，避難者は個人的利益を優先させるのではなく，冷静に行動することで全体としてのスムーズな避難行動に良い影響を与える必要がある．これまで，コンピュータシミュレーション（主にマルチエージェントシミュレーション，あるいはMAS）を用いて，避難行動に対する知見を得る試みがなされてきた．我々はMASにおいて，エージェントに進路を“譲る”確率αを導入し，全員が避難完了するまでの時間を調べた．その結果，αの値が0.3〜0.4の近傍で避難完了時間が最小になることが示された．すなわち，避難者は3回中1回程度“譲る”行動をすることで，全体としての避難時間が縮小化できることが示唆された． |
| 抄録（英） | It is difficult for all evacuees to behave the smooth evacuation, when they are panicked in occurring some disaster. Such a man-made disaster will increase the damage. Evacuees have to give good influence to the global evacuation behavior by means that they evacuate calmly without preceding personal benefit. A lot of computer simulations, especially the multi-agent simulation, or MAS, have tried to clarify the valuable knowledge for the smooth evacuation. We also have made the MAS model on the evacuation behavior, and especially, investigated the influence of the mutual concession of the agents on the global evacuation time. As a result, the global evacuation time was minimized when the alpha (= the probability of the concession) was in the range between 0.3 and 0.4. If the evacuees give their way to the others by the probability 1/3, the evacuation time as a whole will be minimized from our study. |
