| 抄録（和） | IEEE-SAコーポレートプログラムとして、P1904.1 Service Interoperable Ethernet Passive Optical Network (SIEPON) の標準が間もなく発行されようとしている。本プロジェクトでは、合わせて適合試験仕様についも定義する。本仕様は、複数の世界の複数地域オペレータ仕様をその基本とかつ併存させている。本稿では当該仕様の全体像、その成り立ちの背景、さらに、多数の利害が対立する参加者からなる標準化においてどのような姿勢で臨むべきかについての一考察を述べる。 |
| 抄録（英） | As a part of IEEE-SA corporate program, IEEE P1904.1 Service Interoperable Ethernet Passive Optical Network (SIEPON) specification is expected to be publicly available soon. The project also defines conformance test specification. The specification is supporting multiple regional operator basis specifications in parallel. This paper reviews the overview of the specification, background of why the shape of specification has been made, and consideration for the approach when joining the standardization activity where multiple groups are intending to maximize their own benefit. |
