| 抄録（和） | 筆者らは，先にE-OSAN (Ethernet Optical Switched Access Network)のONU (Optical Network Unit)における光バースト受信部について，TIA (Trans-Impedance Amplifier)とLA (Limiting Amplifier)の間をDC結合とAC結合の2種類を汎用部品を用いて試作し，その特性を評価した．この結果，AC結合は所望の特性が得られることを示した．本論文では，更に特性の向上を図るためにAC結合を拡張して，n次ベッセルフィルタの伝達関数をHn(s)とするとき，伝達関数Gn(s)=1−Hn(s)で結合する光バースト受信部を提案する．本提案光バースト受信部の設計法を述べ，光バースト信号先頭からの経過時間後のアイ開口特性を評価する．この結果，本提案構成はAC結合よりもより速く大きなアイ開口率が得られることを示す． |
| 抄録（英） | To economically realize optical burst signal receivers for Optical Network Unit (ONU) in the Ethernet Optical Switched Access Network (E-OSAN), we previously implemented an AC-coupled and a DC-coupled one using off the shelf components, evaluated them, and then showed an AC-coupled one has better performances. This paper proposes optical burst signal receivers coupled by the n-th order transfer function Gn(s)=1−Hn(s), where Hn(s) denotes the n-th order Bessel filter transfer function. We present a design method for the proposed receivers and show performances of designed receivers. We clarify the proposed receiver has better performance than the AC-coupled receiver, and the larger order the transfer function has, the better performance the receiver has. |
