| 抄録（和） | 腹部非造影CT 画像から血管形状や臓器形状を把握することは，その後の治療において造影CT 撮影の必要性を判定するために有用である．\r\n本論文では，非造影CT 画像から血管及び腎臓領域を抽出することを目的とし，手作業によるレタリングを必要としない半自動的な抽出法を提案する．\r\nまず，MIP を応用した肋骨領域認識による腹部内部処理領域の設定を行う．\r\n次に，血管領域と他領域とのコントラストを明瞭化するために任意の透過率を設定し画素値を更新する．\r\n最後に，三次元ラベリングによる部位別認識を試みることで血管，腎臓の部位をそれぞれ抽出した．\r\nまた，ラプラシアン型フィルタを用いて，血管部位に付随する誤抽出部位の除去法の提案も行った．\r\nこれにより，ユーザーが数カ所の閾値設定，抽出対象の設定を行うのみで目的領域の抽出を可能とする． |
| 抄録（英） | In the treatment, it is effectively to recognize a blood vessel and internal organs shape from a Non-contrasting CT image for judgment to get the contrasting CT image or not. \r\nIn this paper, we suggest a method to extract a blood vessel and a kidney domain from a Non-contrasting CT image. \r\nBecause of this method, it makes semiautomatic extraction method without lettering by the manual labor. \r\nAt first, we set the processing domain with the bone domain by MIP. \r\nNext, we renew the pixel value by the setting of the opacity to make contrast with a blood vessel and the other domain cleary. \r\nFinally, we extract a blood vessel and a kidney domain with three-dimensional labeling. \r\nIn addition, we suggest the removal method of the false extraction part of the blood vessel with the extraction shape filter. \r\nAs the result, it enables the extraction of the blood vessel and a kidney domain with several thresholds and extraction objects. |
