| 抄録（和） | エンドーエンドの品質規定、マルチキャリアやマルチベンダでの相互接続性の確保、インタフェース共通化による経済化を促進するため、ITU-Tを中心とした次世代ネットワークに関する国際標準化の検討が活発化してきているが、日本がその標準化の主導権を取るには、解決しなければならない様々な課題がある。本論文では、ネットワークにおける標準化の意義を述べるとともに、最新のITU-Tの標準化動向から、今後の標準化課題を洗い出し、今後取るべき標準化戦略について議論する。 |
| 抄録（英） | International standardization on Next Generation Networks is actively studied in ITU-T to realize end-end QoS and multi-carriers/vendors interoperability, and to promote cost reduction of common interfaces. However, there are many issues to be solved for Japan to take the lead of standardization. This paper describes significance of the network standardization and recent trend of ITU-T, identifies the future study issues in the standardization, and proposes future standardization strategy for Japan. |
