| 抄録（和） | ディジタル放送やインターネットではビデオ，音声を始めとして様々なデータが伝送されている．これらのマルチメディアデータを限られた伝送帯域で効果的に多重伝送するために，メディアストリーム毎に優先度を付与するのではなく、メディアストリームを構成する複数の符号化ユニットにそれぞれ異なる優先度を付与し，その優先度の基づく多重化制御方法を提案する．本提案多重化制御方法は，異なるメディア間および同一メディア内の符号化ユニット間で独立した優先度を付与し，単位時間内に発生した全メディアの全符号化ユニットの優先度を比較し，優先度の高いものから伝送容量分の符号化ユニットを選択多重することにより，最適な多重化制御を実現する． |
| 抄録（英） | In services of Digital Broadcasting and Internet, various types of multimedia information, including video, audio and data, are packetized and multiplexed into a single stream. We propose a new multiplexing control method based on the access unit priority, instead of media priority, to achieve efficient use of transmission bandwidth. In the proposed method, each access unit of multimedia streams has its own priority for multiplexing. The multiplexer decides the access units to be multiplexed based on their priorities and the amount of data to be transmitted in a certain period. |
