| 抄録（和） | TCP Renoは公平性の点では優れているものの帯域遅延積の大きな網においてはスループット性能に問題がある.一方,帯域遅延積の大きな網においても優れたスループット性能を示すTCP Vegasには公平性に問題がある.そこで本稿では,TCP Vegasの公平性を改善するために,ウインドウ制御の改良方法を示す.また,提案方法をLinuxに実装してJGNを介しておこなった実証実験,ならびにシミュレーション実験の結果を示す.これらの評価実験から,改良TCP Vegasは,TCP Vegasとほぼ同等のスループットを得つつ,TCP Renoに近い公平性を実現することが確認できた. |
| 抄録（英） | TCP Reno provides good fairness property, but its throughput performance is not so fine in long-fat pipe networks. On the other hand, in such a networks, TCP Vegas provides good throughput performance, but its fairness property is not so fine. In this paper, we develop the window control method of TCP Vegas in order to improve its fairness property. We show some results of simulation and implementation experiment using JGN. From these results, our improvement accomplishes the fairness performance which is almost equal to TCP Reno and the throughput one which is almost equal to TCP Vegas. |
