| 抄録（和） | 無線リンクを介してTCP通信を行い,ワイヤレスリンクロスによりセグメントが喪失すると,現行の制御方式では輻輳ロスとみなされる.このため,輻輳が発生していないのにも関わらず,ウィンドウサイズが下げられてしまい,通信効率が低下する.これを解決するためにワイヤレスリンクを明示的に通知するELN(Explicit Loss Notification)が提案されているが,本方式だけではワイヤレスリンクロスと輻輳ロスの判別が不完全であった.そこで本研究では,この問題点を改善すると共に,再送セグメントを考慮した輻輳制御方式を提案する.最後に計算機シミュレーションを行い,本方式の評価を行う. |
| 抄録（英） | For TCP communication via wireless links, the current congestion control cannot distinguish wireless link loss from congestion loss. Therefore, it decreases congestion window size for the communication even if the former loss occurs, and then the transmission rate is quite reduced. To solve this problem, ELN (Explicit Loss Notification) method is proposed to explicitly inform wireless link loss to the sender. Unfortunately, it also incompletely recognizes the above two kinds of losses. This paper proposes improved ELN method, which can also control for retransmission segments. Finally, we evaluate our proposal by computer simulations experiments. |
