| 抄録（和） | 情報産業分野で稼働中のLANとその中に組込まれた各要素を対象に信頼性の現状に関する調査結果について報告する。調査の結果、システムの信頼性を阻害している要因として、エレメントの信頼性のみならず、メンテナンスを行う際のマニュアルの不備や仕様の不統一、技術進歩への対応といった環境面の問題が浮かび上がった。また、ハードウェアやソフトウェアの問題についても詳細な状況が把握できた。 |
| 抄録（英） | This paper reports reliability levers of a network component and system at industrial fields surveyed by the investigating committee of IREJ. Investigation data shows that the factors of system failure depend on not only fault of system components but also imperfect conditions such as an incomplete maintenance manual, an inadequate specification and/or lower skills of engineers. The details of software and hardware reliability are outlined with many data in this paper. |
