| 抄録（和） | 本報告では、SPICE相当のシミュレータを目指した回路シミュレータ開発支援ツールASSISTの改良ついて述べる。ASSISTはシミュレーションアルゴリズムの評価を目的として開発されてきた。このシステムは、回路シミュレータの構成要素のうち、計算アルゴリズム以外に必要となる共通要素をC言語のライブラリとして供給している。従来のASSISTにもMOSFETの簡易モデルが組み込まれていたが、非線形容量などのモデルに対してはSPICEモデルとの差異があり、アルゴリズムの検証のたびにモデル関数を書き直す必要があった。そこで、代表的な商用SPICEの一つであるHSPICEのトランジスタモデルの組み込みを試みた。最終的にいくつかの回路シミュレーション例を示し、動作の確認とその精度評価を行った。 |
| 抄録（英） | This report describes the improvement of ASSIST(Assistant System for Simulation Study) which has been developed for the estimation of a variety of simulation algorithms. ASSIST supplies the common subsystems used in the circuit simulators as the C language libraries. In this research, we try to implement the MOSFET models used in HSPICE to ASSIST.Finally, some example circuits are simulated by ASSIST and the accuracy of simulation results is estimated. The new model function has been applied to example MOS circuits, and we have obtained successful operation and high accuracy. |
