| 抄録（英） | We analyzed the functional properties of intracellular Calcium ion transport across the Sarcoplasmic Reticulum nciple. Linear systems analysis disclosed that the intra cellular Calcium ion transport system is stable but uncontrollable. The singular values, H＾∞ and H＾2 norms of the system increased as the transport stage proceeded and the number of input site increased. System optimization reduced the singular values, H＾∞ and H＾2 norms of the system. Linear systems analysis and norms are available for evaluating the entire properties of an intra cellular Calcium ion transport. |
