| 抄録（和） | 低軌道衛星通信システムにおけるセルの構成がサービス品質に与える影響について考察する．サービス品質として，新規に到着した呼が接続拒否される場合（ブロッキング）及びハンドオーバを要求している呼が強制終了させられる場合（ドロッピング）を考える．セルの構成としては，隣接セルのオーバラップを許し，さらにこれらのセル（マイクロセル）全体をカバーするセル（マクロセル）を持つオーバレイ構造を考える．その結果として，オーバラップ及びオーバレイは共にサービス品質を改善することができることを示した．さらに，これらを併用した場合，オーバラップの大きさとチャネルのマイクロ／マクロセルへの配分比の組合せには最適値があることが分かった． |
| 抄録（英） | The performance of a Low Earth-Orbital Satellite communication System with the large overlap of adjasent cells and layered cell structure is discussed. The rejection of a newly arrived call (call blocking) and the forced termination of a call which requests handover(call dropping) are used as the performance measures and simple one-dimensional model is introduced in order to analyze the performance. As the result, performance improvement by overlapping, overlaying, and the combination of them are shown. In addition, it is found that there are optimum parameters or combinations of them, which makes the performances best. |
