IEICE EiC

@Akinori Nishihara

Based on my experience as IEICE directorships, I would like to contribute to the development of IEICE if elected. IEICE has decline of membership and financial problems. I believe better member services would attract people who are not members of any institutions, and thus we could cooperate with other institutions. Utilizing my experience in IEEE I would enhance member services, globalization, etc. which are duties of Vice President.

[Profile] B.E., M.E., and Dr.Eng. degrees in electronics from Tokyo Institute of Technology in 1973, 1975, and 1978, respectively. Responsible for research and education on signal processing and educational technology. IEICE Fellow, IEEE Fellow, and a member of AACE, APSIPA, JSET, and JSiSE.
