Based on my experience as IEICE directorships, I would like to
contribute to the development of IEICE if elected. IEICE has decline of
membership and financial problems. I believe better member services
would attract people who are not members of any institutions, and thus
we could cooperate with other institutions. Utilizing my experience in
IEEE I would enhance member services, globalization, etc. which are
duties of Vice President.
